These step-by-step instructions are both inspiring and life-changing to the max.  But I'm too busy to shop and assemble the special foods, even if they are available locally.  And additional supplements are also required, which are very expensive.   My daughter put Genesis Pure formulations in my hands and I about jumped for joy.  I read the label of ingredients and it had the very things I was trying to buy and assemble, but in easy-to-take liquid form.  Just pour, take faithfully, and watch what your body has wanted to do all along....HEAL.
